This Privacy Policy describes how we, Ready Server, process your Personal Data in connection with the Services.

By using the Services, which includes creating an Account and/or accessing the Website or Mobile Application, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, do not access or use the Services.

   Ready Server Pte Ltd is a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 201500017K). When this Privacy Policy mentions “Ready Server”, “we”, “us” or “our”, we are referring to Ready Server Pte Ltd which is responsible for processing your Personal Data..
   
   Any capitalised terms used in this Privacy Policy, such as “Website”, “Mobile Application” and “Services”, have the same meaning as per the Terms of Use unless another definition is provided in this Privacy Policy.

2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

   “Personal Data” refers to any data from which an individual can be identified, either from that data alone or from that data together with other information to which we have or are likely to have access.
   
   In connection with the Services, we may collect, process and use the following categories of data from you, which may constitute Personal Data. This Privacy Policy does not apply to Content collected, processed, used, stored or hosted by you in the course of using the Services.
   
   Additionally, you may also provide Personal Data of other individuals to us in some circumstances and if you do so, you warrant that you have obtained their consent for their Personal Data to be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA

   We only use and disclose Personal Data as permitted by the laws of Singapore and, where required, with your consent.

   We may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

   1. To facilitate your access to and use of the Services, including but not limited to:
   1. Creating your Account;
   2. Identification, due diligence and know-your-customer purposes;
   3. Maintaining and managing our relationship with you (e.g. notifying you of changes to the Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy);
   4. Processing of purchases of Services;
   5. Providing customer support (e.g. troubleshooting issues with the VPS Services, Beta Services, Website or Mobile Application, responding to questions or feedback about products or services, etc.);
   6. Facilitating payment, which may also involve sharing your Personal Data to a third party (e.g. payment services gateway provider) where necessary to process payment transactions.
   2. To administer and protect the integrity of our business and the Services, the security of the Website and Mobile Application, including but not limited to:
   1. Ensuring network security;
   2. IPreventing or investigating any actual or suspected breaches of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, illegal activity, fraud, or other misconduct.
   3. To use data analytics to improve the Services, any of our other products and/or services and the customer experience, including but not limited to:
   1. Tracking of visitor demographics, behaviour, activity and usage of the Services;
   2. Conducting user surveys and research;
   3. Understanding user preferences and usage in order to provide users with targeted or relevant information on the Website and/or Mobile Application;
   4. Improving and developing the Services or our products and/or services.

   1. Sending you information about the Services, our business, products and/or services which we believe may be useful or relevant for you;

   10. Any other purposes which are permitted by law;

   12. Any other purposes which are incidental or related to the above.

4. MARKETING, PROMOTION & ADVERTISING COMMUNICATIONS

   If you have consented to us sending you marketing, promotion or advertising communications and provided us with your email address, mobile phone number or other contact details, we may send you such communications based on your indicated preference(s) (e.g. by email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).

   You can choose not to receive such communications at any time, by indicating your preferences in your Account settings page.

   If you download the Mobile Application, such communications may include push notifications and other similar modes of notification on your mobile device. You can choose not to receive such communications at any time, by disabling such features in your mobile device settings or the Mobile Application preference page, as may be applicable.

5. DISCLOSURES & TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA

   We may also disclose and/or transfer personal data to a third party to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of or all of our business and/or assets; or if we choose to acquire or merge with other businesses. The new owners of our business may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this Privacy Policy.

   We will not disclose or transfer Your Personal Data outside Singapore except to jurisdictions which have data protection laws which offer at minimum an equivalent level of protection to Singapore law, or we will use tools to ensure that your Personal Data will be given the aforesaid level of protection (e.g. via contractual protections).

   Except as provided above, we do not disclose and/or transfer Personal Data to any third party unless required by law.

   We do not, and do not under any circumstances permit third parties to, monetise your Personal Data.

6. COOKIES

   We deploy cookies or other similar technologies. These are small text files that we store on your browser or on your device. These enable us to recognise a particular browser or device, collect data for the purposes outlined in Section 3 (particularly Section 3(c) ) and also to provide some of the Services.

   You may manage and learn more about cookies by interacting with the cookie prompt on the Website. However, if you disable certain cookies which are required for certain functions of the Website, the availability of certain services or functions on the Website may be adversely affected.

7. DATA SECURITY

   We have implemented security measures to protect Personal Data from accidental loss and unauthorised access or use. Additionally, access and use of your Personal Data is limited to our employees on a need-to-know basis and subject to confidentiality obligations.

   Nevertheless, you must also implement reasonable security measures and practices to prevent accidental loss and unauthorised access to or use of your Personal Data, including the mandatory measures described in the Terms of Use and:

   1. Use a strong and unique password;
   2. Never share your password with anyone, including anyone from Ready Server;
   3. Implement good practices to prevent accidental discovery of your password by unauthorised parties (e.g., do not write your password down and leave it where others can view it);
   4. Limit access to your devices and browsers you use to access your account;
   5. Log out once you have finished using the Website and/or Mobile Application, especially if you are on a shared device.
8. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

   We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in Section 3 , for any purposes permitted by law, and for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements.

9. ACCESS & CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

   If you have an Account, you can access and/or correct some of your Personal Data currently in our possession or control through the account settings page.

10. WITHDRAWING CONSENT TO COLLECTION, USE AND/OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

    Where we rely on consent to collect, use and/or disclose your Personal Data, you can withdraw your consent at any time.

    Please be aware that withdrawing your consent may mean that we may be unable to continue providing the Services to you and we may need to terminate your Account and/or other relationship with us.

11. PERSONAL DATA OF PERSON(S) UNDER AGE 18

    The Services are not intended for person(s) under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose any data from any such person(s). However, it is impossible to identify the age of all person(s) who access or use the Services. Parent(s) and guardian(s) must be responsible for the Internet activity of person(s) under age 18 and if you become aware that any such person has accessed, used or submitted Personal Data via the Services or to us, please inform us immediately so that we may take the necessary action (e.g. closure of Account, deletion of Personal Data, etc.).

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

    We may make changes to this Privacy Policy at our discretion. You will be notified of the amended Privacy Policy via the email address associated with your Account and the amended Privacy Policy will be posted to the Website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the Privacy Policy as amended.

13. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

    While using or interacting with the Services, you may come across links to third party websites. If you click on or follow any of those links, please be aware that third party websites have their own privacy policies and Ready Server has no responsibility or liability for those policies. It is your responsibility to check those policies before using or submitting any data to any of those websites.
